Darren
The Big Kahoona. Well, the Short Big Kahoona.

If he's not in the office he's probably off playing guitar at a club.

     Darren lives in Richmond Hill, Ontario.  He can often be found secretly playing with trains at the office at the upstairs layout or at home with his family.

     While Darren is not a train "nut" like most of us, he loves playing with trains...which makes him just as nutty...of course, if we ever see a CP switcher pulling a GTW baggage car across the main track, we'll know Darren is at the throttle.




Mark
He's tall.  He's a Fireman, and he is probably one of the best modellers I have ever met.

Mark is a great guy, super knowledgeable and a great painter to boot.  Chances are that many of the models you see here have been assembled or painted by Mark.

While traditionally, Mark is a passenger enthusiast, he has a soft spot for Darren because he is so short.  

Mark has been a part of the True Line Train team since 2010 and we hope to have him for many more years.


Randy
The webmaster and a non-Canadian, eh. He's short too. But he still has hair.

An avid modeler of the New Haven Railroad reported at his website New Britain Station, and a hack guitarist (enough to get the job done...). Also active in the New Haven Railroad Historical and Technical Association, he's part of the team cataloging their vast collection of photographs.

Warranty / Returns Policy

Please email or fax us with the full details of the problem with your product.

We will repair or replace any product that is found to be defective, provided that we have the necessary parts for repair or a replacement product is in stock.

Please note that we do not generally re-install parts that have come loose in transit. These can easily be re-attached with a drop of glue.

If we determine you'll need to return the product to us, we will provide a return number. This number must be included with the item, as well as your name and address. 

Returns sent without a return number and form will not be processed.

How to Order Our Products

Our products are available in North America from your favorite dealer. Most reputable hobby shops and online stores in North America are carrying our products, and they will gladly take advance orders from you for any ready-to-run products we announce here.

If your hobby shop does not carry our products, they can order our products from Walthers. 

Product Lines

True Line Trains offers three uniquely styled product lines for enjoyment of all levels in the Hobby. 


The True Line Trains "RED SERIES" are kits that are made from outside manufacturers, such as Athearn or Atlas. 
These items have been painted accurately to show Canadian liveries, but the physical attributes may not be prototypically correct.
These items will usually have moulded on hand rails and detail parts, but may have hand applied parts as well.
Specifications are subject to change via the manufacturer. 

The True Line Trains "GOLD SERIES" Locomotives and cars include hand applied detail parts,
weighted to NMRA standards, crisp printing and simply breath-taking detail.


The True Line Trains "PLATINUM SERIES" premier line of steam locomotives are factory equipped with
DCC sound and are among the most accurate injection moulded steam locomotives available today.
 Both Canadian and US English is used throughout the site, eh? We hope it's not too confusing.
